One of Fatty's allegations in the lolsuit is "Cyber Piracy", which is the purchasing of a domain name of somebody else's copyright for the express purpose of selling it to the copyright owner at a later time at an inflated price. Patrick spent thousands of dollars on lawyers to go after the owner of "patrickstomlinson.net", who actually relinquished the domain months ago before ever being served. Did Patrick quickly scoop it up before another cyber squatter could get it? Nope it's been available for months and anyone can buy it for $11. Nice use of your money, stupid.
