LOL they're already fielding complaints from listeners unhappy with Nana's aimless meandering and retarded tittering. Nana never "did" a radio show, he was merely "on" one, and that truth just eats away at him no matter how hard he tries to pretend otherwise.

Nana is dreadful at hosting. He still has a literal piece of paper that he picks up, reads, and says out loud "Uh, hmm, what's next...oh yeah, Bill Burr on The View..." I could excuse that in his early days of ComePoundMe dia since he wasn't used to hosting, but you'd think he might find a smoother way to transition to a new topic after all this time.

"Try putting together an actual show, this isn't Twitter". Nana's reaction is, of course, spitting rage. "I HAVE A SHEET OF PAPER TO READ FROM! SEE? THERE'S STUFF ON IT! I PREPARE!" he cattily hisses, as he waves his pile of printed tweets around. WABC thought they were hiring a "radio host", and now they're discovering he ain't one.

Management discretely gave him a tip to consider for improving his show and his reaction is to essentially spit in their face, telling them he's not going to change a damn thing and calling them assholes for even daring to bring it up and ruining his day. Why would he want to feel sad?
His recent numbahs have filled him with hubris. He's acting like he's the Howard Stern of AM radio, but he's only been at the station for like a month. Behaving like a raging jackass right from the onset is not going to help his case when the numbers go down again (which they inevitably will as the novelty wears off). His reaction is a way bigger red flag than the original complaint was.

It won't last. He's trying to bullshit his way through it, and it will fail. He has no material, he has no ideas, he can't attract any real guests, and now he's already beefing with management. The stress is getting to him, too.

The entire reason that his boss would send an email like that is to build a case for whacking him.
If he was dumb, he'd find some email that was trolling or over-the-top; the fact that he intenionally picked out an email that's milquetoast is because he's trying to build case.
Realistically, Cumia's boss is probably half his age and has literally no idea who he is or why he was hired.
