He was an old streamer that used to do shows with the fat bastard known as PPP of the Kino Casino show. The streams were lo-fi, filled with ranting, banter and non-stop n bombs. It was something. The crying dudes name is Surfer. I believe this picture was taken right after PPP and Surfer had their big falling out.
Surfer used to let PPP live rent-free, while cleaning up after him and feeding him. Their big fight was hilarious, Surfer thinking he was the main star of the show, telling PPP that he is his father, etc. Yeah, it was pure autism.
