This has always been a stupid argument because it goes both ways: these countries don't have the budget the US government does either. That shit scales fairly proportionally.

A better argument is that these countries didn't have an epidemic of Cumias and Patpackers like the US has until recently.

If I’m not mistaken they also don’t just let any tard walk into university for free. They only pick the best and brightest and if you don’t make the cut, you don’t go to school. Different countries (Germany) have the Gymnasium system for people geared toward academics and trade schools for those who have other skills. Now they probably are all filled with Syrians anyway.
