She assaulted me with a mezuzah after screaming at me for having non kosher salt in my unit
Related. I worked in a food plant and we had to pay rabbis to come by to keep our kosher symbol on our shitty food packaging. During covid we paid them to inspect it by phone call. Fucking jews.

I worked for a facility that had rabbis inspect microscopes. They had no fucking idea what they were looking at or expected to verify. The place had a lot of ultra-Orthodox users. Those weirdos have expanded “kosher” in lots of new, bizarre directions.

New place we have to be careful and use the right kosher symbol or we piss off the other jews. We had an online training on what symbol we use and why it was the right one.

I had to pay $1,000 for that kosher cert. The one rabbi was so fat he couldn't walk so he drove around the facility in his car, asked for lunch, and went home. Fucking Jewish racket.

They take it really seriously. We had whatever the Muslim inspection was too. I don't think that guy ever showed up. My current company has a sign out front in the NJ plant that tells process servers we don't accept documents.

Does Pat support Elon and Trump? Anyone who doesn't is leaving Airbnb. If Pat really believed what he says he wouldn't be scrubbing toilets to support a dictator literally destroying America.

You aren't kidding. I was looking up airbnb's in Boston last night just to see if I could stumble across a cheap diamond in the rough. Haven't stayed in one for probably five years so didn't really know what to expect. It was shocking how many people give five stars even though their comments tell a different story.

"Hard to park anywhere near the house and at night the room can get very very warm!" 5/5
"My room had the furnace for the building in it so it was hot. Too hot" 5/5
"I didn't sleep too well the first night, because I was woken up 5 or 6 times by the beeping noise the locks make every time someone enters their room. It's a shrill noise that sounds like an alarm clock." 5/5
"Very thin walls and quite noisy with lots of guests coming in and out. Several people were sleeping on the couch in the main common area." 5/5

These people are either being paid off or are too afraid of having the hosts take revenge on them. Idgi

The pendulum is swinging back since the economy sucks, people aren't renting as much, and so many hosts bought 3rd and 4th places they rent out and are struggling to make their mortgages. Wait quietly for the crash, quietly is key.

To what end? Surely he’s got enough good reviews by now to get real renters.
I don't have a second half-hovel (it's a duplex - look it up!) to rent out, so I'm no AirBnB host, but I'm sure it's to trick the algorithm. Last I checked he was Superhost, which has high reviews as prerequisite. And this pushes him to the top of the search results which definitely makes a difference in a big city where there are tons of AirBnBs in a small area. Plus I'm sure they have other algos at play where the most active and most reviewed hosts will be higher up in the results as well. Most people will search via map, where depending on the zoom factor only a couple of results will be shown.

And don't forget, Niki's "job" is literally SEO. From the other shit she has done (painfully obvious fake blog posts to generate clicks, the whole Torque Wheeler disaster), buying fake reviews for their AirBnB falls right in line.
