Real answer: You are comparing two different things. Quoted posts (in replies by other users) vs. Previous usernames display directly on their profile details.
Quotes of your posts are not tied to your username. They are other user's posts. If you change your username, quotes of you posted by others before the change will still show up with your old username.
Previous username history on your profile only displays the last 4 months. If you change your username, your old one will remain visible for 120 days before it's deleted from your Previous usernames display. @Jenna has not changed his username in at least a year which is why his old usernames are not visible, unlike your recent changes.

And only those who break the very simple forum rules get banned. We receive multiple requests weekly to ban the same 4-5 users. They have and will be ignored forever unless those users fuck with people IRL and potentially endanger this website's liability, for which there is none.
