Have you ever met anyone over the age of 60? If they weren’t smart enough to have three or four houses by now and a couple pensions they are completely broke. My mom is Joe Qumia’ age, has nothing to show financially but gets $1600 a month from social security and another grand from a pension. She lives alone in a cheap rental house, has no bills besides the standard utilities and still gets outraged by the price of some random produce at the grocery store. Day 1 of an old school no-sugars, no-carbs, only healthy fats diet. 6 small healthy meals/snacks day and a lean and green (6oz meat and salad) at night. Not drinking much alcohol at all, so to quit altogether is no big deal. Back to Sashimi, and NO FOOD AT ALL AFTER 8pm.
