at this point even if fat had a legit case to make (he doesnt) any "doe" brought before the court would get this dismissed on the fact that all of these extensions and updated filings should have never been allowed.

now he wants to add new claims to the case after 3 extensions? so basically i could sue someone as a john doe online, and then keep updating the case, adding new people and so on.

how does twinton know if the new john doe is a old john doe?

the cali judge restored my faith in the judicial system because he really picked this sham apart piece by piece. was judge ashley a borg doros hire or what? judge ashely seems like a nice intelligent man, but he has no idea wtf is going on and what the issues are.

The judge says Pigman has ten days to file, then he tells Peña he will then have ten days to respond. Pena then says something like “we won’t need it”. Either meaning he doesn’t even need to respond or he doesn’t need the ten days. Either way, super Chad move.
