I don’t know if he is or not, genuinely, it’s a tough one. On one hand, he was participating in Stop the Steal rallies from Nov-Jan, going on his livestream and calling for violent action, and standing outside the capitol with a megaphone telling people to go in. And he was never arrested.

However, he never went in the Capitol building. All they could really get him for is inciting, but “Groypers” aren’t the big evil bad Proud Boys or Oath Keepers, which is why they focused on them more than someone like Nick. Also Nick was called to testify in front of the Jan 6th commission. I read the transcripts and he takes the 5th the entire time and when he’s not he’s acting like a genuine cunt.

He may be a useful asset for Feds but he’s not a fed himself. He’s too incompetent and cunty.
