In case anyone missed it, Pennyeater Peter wasn't the only member of the Extended Pativerse to make a cameo. This fella cums in Jen Huber and served as Pat's tard handler at the Brewers Mini Marathon. Rick's only friend is really Niki's friend because Rick has zero real friends. It's why he acts out like this.
First appearance was at Pat's Neighborhood garden dinner with Sir Ian McKellan and it was hypothesized that he was Pat's brother Kyle. This was before the shocking revelation that Kyle is not only a real scientist but that he's not even fat. I think Peter's a pretty successful guy (lawyer maybe?) who also volunteers in his spare time. Seems like a jolly fat guy who just has the misfortune of being neighbors with a special boy.
