I dont remember how much taxes she owed but I hope she is still on the hook for it and I hope it's still considered crippling debt.

The IRS debts are massive, and it appears they weren't discharged. This is extremely common. When deadbeat, loser pieces of shit like her file bankruptcies and there are huge debts owed to the IRS, the rest of the people/companies owed will often give up trying to recoup their money. She's an unemployed scumbag who will stay unemployed in order to avoid having her wages garnished and she has no assets worth a shit to take. It becomes too expensive and a waste of time to keep chasing garbage like her to pay their debts.

On the other hand, the IRS can throw her in prison if they get sick of her dodging them to pay up in full, or at least follow a payment plan.
