Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

My theory here is that he had just gotten that $770,000 loan transferred to his checking account and he showed her that.
My best guess from Joe's posts is that he had the money transferred into his business and nana would add extra cash if joe needed a van or a PA for "the business" Similar to what Opie did except Opie invested in restaurants, rental properties and fishing boats with his brothers and his brothers actually made some money with the investmentsDo you thinkincluded Cost of Living increases for the residuals Brotha Joe EARNED? That makes sense because Ant was paying Brotha Joe residuals based on the numerous radio contracts Joe and Opie made possible for Ant.
Joe wouldn't be entitled to the earnings from the struggling podcast venture. Joe is probably the one who requested the payments to stop, based on that premise
I do want a recap of the day nana had to tell joe that his allowance was not coming. I wonder if he told him "This is your last check, I can't afford this anymore" or if nana just avoided Joe for awhile when the payment was due and joe had to chase him to find out he wasn't getting paid anymore.

How much of his house did he have to re-mortgage just to maintain his lifestyle?
What was the final straw that made him realize he had to sell the house even if he was taking a million plus loss on the deal?
Did he have bills piling up that he couldn't pay at one point?
Is nana currently looking for new sources of income?
How did Joe find out he was off the dole? How did he react?
Could Joe have supported himself without his allowance?
I've been guessing at the numbers, but I saw the writing on the wall years ago and when I told people he was losing his house people disagreed and seemed to believe nana has some cash stockpile from his Opie days.
