Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice

- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Also, even the Brown family told him to stop being a money grubbing leech when he published If I Did It after stealing the rights to make money off of it. They literally said "It won't bring Ron or Nicole back".
You know a civil suit for shekels was coming even if OJ was found guilty.
It's mentioned in the book that the Browns cashed in on the situation themselves with the sister writing a book and some other schemes that I'm forgetting because I only read it once and need to re-read it to get info to stick, but the fact that they told Ol' Rollie Fingers Face to shut the fuck up is laughable.

I watch O.J.: Made in America at least once every 3 years or so. It's the last truly great piece of American television. It's amazing.

The executor doesn’t have sole discretion over who is owed money. They are there to pay off debts, pay taxes, and distribute assets according to the will. Their discretion comes in around expenses for managing/closing the estate (e.g., making house repairs, hiring estate lawyers, paying for junk removal, etc.).
If OJ signed a contract/settlement to pay or the courts ruled the Goldmans were owed money (which I believe is the case), then that’s really no different than having an outstanding balance on a mortgage or loan. Sure, you can choose to not pay but they have the right to sue the estate to get their money or take the shit back.
If he wants to not pay them, then he’s going to have to show up to court with more than just “OJ never wanted to pay these people so we won’t and never will LOLOL.”
