That Microsoft retail position from about a decade ago that I’m sure was hourly was the peak of his life. He was early to mid 30s and that was the best he felt he could ever do so after that ended he felt that was it and doctor shopped to go on disability but has to brag he “retired” young yet has to rely on welfare / government programs / hand outs / and services meant for the very poor and homeless to survive.
