We usually have prime rib for at least one of the holidays and cheesesteaks for leftovers, and it would always disgust me that my dad uses cheez wiz on such wonderful meat.

Wiz is for peasants. Cooper Sharp is arguably the best cheese for a cheesesteak. Grilled onions. I'll eat half with ketchup, half without; maybe add some hot peppers if I'm feeling extra gay. You try Woodrow's on South? I stopped going to Philly regularly 10 years ago when I left Delco (and stopped being a drunk) and the place didn't exist. I've heard all of their shit is good but the cheesesteaks are top 3 in Philly. I sometimes miss the city but then I go for a day and then I'm good for the next 6 months.
