I know it's funny to think about a jury trial but there is a 0% chance of it happening. Does Lynne have the money to fund this? Can Pat or Nikki or Lynne get a loan to cover legal fees? A jury trial like this would cost over $500k for Pat I'd bet. As stupid and stubborn as Pat is, there's just no way to fund it. Settlement was his only chance and that's out the window because he lied to his lawyers again and made them look stupid. His lawyers already dropped out, guaranteed.

The lawyers def took it on contingency. They already did all those depositions. The case is pretty high profile. But yea they wanted the settlement for sure and their bluff was called.
