They pretty much deny everything that Niki and Pat allege, only admitting that they responded to the swatting call but did so legally.

Yeah his overdramatic THEY ALMOST KICKED MY DOOR DOWN!!! Doesn’t really hold up on court as damages, same as THEY POINTED SHIELDS AT MY WIFE!!!!

Pat and Niki deserve to have their lives ruined over this - they went on a media tour like they were doing this for “social justice” when it’s clear they wanted a pay day because they’re work shy bums. They saw this as a way to parlay their story into being nicely paid “advocates” for police reform. Piggy thought he would at least get a book deal and Niki could get speaking gigs to talk about her Trama from the big evil police.

I predicted long ago that if this goes to trial Pat will go full fake victim for the jury and push Niki around in a wheelchair while she drools because she suffers from severe PTSD and is heavily medicated to the point she’s mute. Pat loves to play both the big tough guy and helpless victim so it’s going to be tough for him to keep up the lie in court.

Now I’m not a lawyer (WHAT?!?!) but if they owe the city big money does that mean they can go after their asset's (which is pretty much only their hovel as the car / bikes aren’t worth shit) is a much stronger way than the Quasi / Pat / 60 John Does lawsuit? I remember that was something quasi said that in that case it was a pain in the ass to go after them for the money yet in the case it’s the city of Milwaukee.

The City of Milwaukee taking possession of their home and kicking them out on the street would be the best possible end to this crazy story that’s closing in on a decade.

Plus it didn’t help he made comment that he wouldn’t take ANY help from any Republican members of government to help him with his swatting problem because he hates them so much. Declining help from people in power just because of their party really makes it look like piggy was swatting himself and not some poor victim.
