You can send him anywhere but El Salvador.” but the Trump admin (accidentally, by their own omission) not only sent him there but sent him to a megaprison. There comes the second part. You can’t send someone to prison based on nothing. He wasn’t convicted of anything. Wasn’t convicted in the US, wasn’t convicted over there. And further more - The administration failed to prove he was a member of MS-13 besides the evidence I laid out above: The testimony of a single dirty cop from 6 years ago.

TLDR why does this matter. Because the govt fucks up, as we all know, and sometimes it can deport people who aren’t supposed to be deported. This govt is sending people to foreign jails, admitting they fucked up, but shrugging and not bringing the guy back because they know he would be on every news channel talking about how retarded and fucked up it all is.
