People on a budget who are smart with their money do most of their weekly shopping at cheap places, and often make sure to shop very early/late when they start stocking all the discounted items soon to go out of date. You can still do some shopping at upscale places, as long you stick to products/brands that you can't find at the cheapo markets and that give you the best mileage, not your day-to-day staples.

Joe, predictably, does the exact opposite of what's reasonable by buying generic brands and basic staples at the highest market rate. The key word in his justification for this isn't 'quality', it's 'one-stop'. He's an entitled lazy nigger who feels he deserves to have what he thinks is the best, and he wants to get it with as little effort as possible. His pea brain has established Uncle G's to be the perfect marriage of product quality and convenience and he therefore refuses to even consider an alternative. If it's not working out, then it's the world's fault for not conforming to his idiotic preconceptions.
