Is that something to be proud of participating in? Some kid that i teased back in the day is threatening to blast me and former tormentors on facebook with no subtlety. He doesn't have access to that type of equipment but he could probably grab a kitchen knife if he hasn't been sectioned ( I know he has but not sure he's in and out ). Good thing he's 100 miles out of the locality and can't drive. When i first heard of his meltdown, i wanted to parlay and give him 50 pounds for his trouble. My pal refused to give me his number thinking it would cause further trouble. Feel kinda bad but he did snitch on me once.

Mandatory 2 year military service for all high school graduates would do much better for society. It would serve 2 primary purposes:
1. Prevent millions of immature kids from making poor decisions that result in them racking up extreme amounts of student loan debt

No it's something I feel bad for now.
Luckily I wasn't one of the ring leaders and it was a genuinely whole school thing. Especially when I went to a all boys school so there was no girls to stop all the lord of the flies shit. How segregated schools still exist now I don't know it was very unhealthy.

My BIL got out of the national mandatory service post-school/Uni by leaving his country (Egypt) for several years, until he aged out. He’s the eldest son as well, so his younger brother had to ‘serve’ in his place.
Luckily it was bullshit Brother Joe style conscription—little bro got drafted to the athlete corps (yep it’s really a thing) and trained as a footballer for free on Egyptian Army pay.

I didn’t serve anybody but myself during my youth, and I take pills and vaccines to try and prolong my life instead of walking and eating fruit, the only thing I care about is my financials.
