I think his reviews are probably organic. A lot of times I’ll stay at a place and they’ll leave a little handout on the table or whatever that basically begs for a review as well as giving guidance to the area, amenities, etc.
And if I have a good stay I will usually write them some flowery bullshit like that out of appreciation. I think it’s totally possible his AirBnB is a great deal for the price as long as you know nothing about the host. And he probably lets you fuck his wife, so I’m sure some of these freaks are genuinely grateful.

3 bedrooms for a hundred bucks is a great deal as long as you’re not looking for luxury. You’d spend a lot more than that renting 2-3 rooms at a basic Hampton Inn or whatever.
