And the Conservatives among us are generally rich farmers or their descendants, who are the trad centre-line averse-to-boat-rocking sort who are only voting according to what will benefit their land & tax bill. The large prisons in the middle of fuckall nowhere generally pay 50k a year minimum as a starting salary and that's for the bottom rung jobs, and the only requirement is that you have a pulse and a ged at the minimum. This is because they're a 30-40 minute drive from the small towns their labor pool live in and the job fucking sucks.

Still easily twice as much as pat has ever made in a year.
