- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Saw this same show a couple weeks ago. Bad Religion was great as always, but Social Distortion fucking sucked. Cancer completely fucked up Mike Ness vocals. He struggling constantly to hit notes and then would blame it on the sound guys for them sounding like shit.
She threw elbows and mom stares, child. So, she got pissy and started trying to hurt a bunch of kids for doing what they're supposed to be doing at a Slipknot show. The way you know that never happened is because some big 16 year old dyke would've chokeslammed her. Even more likely she would've just been passed back until she was out of the "mash" pit, which isn't where old cunts chaperoning their 20 year old sons belong.

She was obviously one of those "weird" girls back in high school that were into dark and brooding emotional things like The Crow, Sandman, The Cure, Depeche Mode, Jesus and Mary Chain etc. I bet this was the first time pat actually listened to more than one or two of these bands songs. I used to listen to these bands when I used to skate in middle/high school and finally saw both of these bands a Warped Tour over 15 years ago. Im sure Pat pretended to be a big fan and was high fiving strangers. You know he had his hat backwards to try and be youthful and edgy.
