That's the biggest thing for me - I don't trust that they're being transparent out of a sense of duty. They're trying to gain acceptance for their sickness.

They’re trying to normalise it under the guise of acceptance. They want to do it, and only don’t because they’re afraid of consequences, it’s all an attempt to remove those consequences. There’s nothing virtuous about it whatsoever.
