Started watching Fallout (2024)

Everything about us is streamlined and efficient
If it's in the Brotherhood (American military disobeying orders) it makes sense. If it's among the vault dwellers (upper middle class suburbanites) it doesn't.
OK we're Fallout geeks up here so it's correcT the record time, sorry not sorry

The BoS are a cult that hordes technology from humanity because they think that people's obsession over it caused the end of the world. If anything they should be Asian Jews.

There were low class vaults too. 95 was a bunch of junkies they rounded up and made go cold turkey for 5 years, only to give them a bunch of drugs to see how they'd react
Vault dwellers was around 1/3 to 1/2 black.
there you go! There were also class experiments like 114 which stuck all the richest people into tiny, cramped low class accomodation and another where they put a junkie in charge of a bunch of rich people (think that's far harbor) FO 1 & 2 the vaults are kinda straight forward (like they just put psycho in the air and everyone kills each other, shit like that) so class/race doesn't really enter into it much.

It is because of this autistic collective knowledge of the Fallout series that we absolutely refuse to watch this shit, there's no NCR in a show set in LA. Not even to do a PaneraBread TV Tuesday write more words stupid review of it. Nosireebob, we've got reports to digitize

Honestly, it pisses us off too but you can't really come on here and complain that the future will be dystopian and full of black people and then nitpick a show because it portrays a future that is dystopian and full of black people. If anything, it's the one part of their narrative that would make a lick of sense.

I think it's still the Shady Sands era of NCR. Not 100 percent sure of the timeline. Haven't watched it.

They're basically a constant west coast right the way through the timeline and the show is supposedly 10 years after Fallout 4 so like 20 after NV where you can't walk 20 feet without some reminder that they exist in a place where they're trying to establish a foothold so they shouild be like the Soviet Union in California.. It's like Resident Evil. It could at least be watched as some dumb way to pass time if you just came up with a different name and a decent set of characters but that's way too difficult for modern TV. It's easier to take a template of other people's ideas and shit out your own middle of the road nonsense by borrowing IP.

Ooooh. :/ Oh no. I need to know how they retcon the west coast brotherhood into anything resembling the good guys.
